Fans have been begging the Baby singer for new music since his last album, Purpose, dropped back in November, 2015.
Seriously, how has it been that long?
But the 25-year-old has revealed we won’t be waiting too long for more music, as he’s planning to drop something by the end of the year.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a live video of himself Segway-ing around his house, with his 119million followers.
‘I’m putting out an album this year,’ he let slip, as wife Hailey Baldwin asked: ‘This year meaning before 2020? ‘I thought you already were doing it this year?’
Just in case we didn’t quite get the message, he added: ‘Album coming out this year … legit though, like this year.’
Well he’s only got a few more months to drop it…
Justin hasn’t blessed us with a new album for four years, but has got in the studio for a string of collaborations, including I Don’t Care, with Ed Sheeran, Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy, and recently dropped 10,000 Hours with Dan + Shay.
But he previously insisted he wouldn’t be rushing a return to music, because he wants to make sure it’s something he’s really proud of.
Which is fair enough.
In a length post at the beginning of the year, he wrote: ‘So I read a lot of messages saying you want an album..
‘I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realised and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour.
‘I will come with a kick ass album ASAP, my swag is undeniable and my drive is indescribable his love is supernatural his grace is that reliable…. the top is where I reside period whether I make music or not, the king said so.
‘But I will come with a vengeance believe that… (Grammar and punctuation will be terrible pretend it’s a text where u just don’t care) (sic).’
Biebs has been pretty busy of late, marrying wife Hailey for the second time on 30 September, in a pretty lavish wedding.
They were joined by a string of famous faces for the swanky ceremony, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Joan Smalls and Katy Perry.
Thanks for the invite, huns.
He later confirmed the news on the ‘gram, sharing a photobooth snap from their big day, alongside the caption: ‘Looking forward to forever with you @haileybieber.’
Total. Couple. Goals
