Amazingly enough, even with an estimated 30,588 angry callers so far to ABC, the network has yet to issue an apology.
Nothing has been done about the complaints after hosts Joy Behar, and Sunny Hostin mocked Vice President Mike Pence for his religious beliefs.
On February 13th, Behar and Hostin ridiculed the vice president for his belief in Jesus Christ.
“Look, I’m Catholic, I’m a faithful person, but I don’t know that I want my vice president talking in tongues,” Hostin remarked.
Behar replied back that Pence’s statements were a sign of “mental illness.”
“It’s one thing to talk to Jesus. It’s another thing when Jesus talks to you. That’s called mental illness, if I’m not correct, hearing voices,” Behar said.
The Media Research Center president Brent Bozell had contact information posted for 14 advertisers of the show. Bozell wrote, “I am sure the advertisers of ‘The View’ will be just as appalled as I am about the anti-Christian remarks made on the show.”
The ABC network has yet to comment on the influx of complaints. And the women of “The View” haven’t been reigned in on their conservative tongue lashings.
