People Are Horrified At Trump’s Words Following The Deadly Trainwreck In Washington State.

The deadly train derailment Monday has so far claimed at least three lives and injuring around 100.   Officials are still looking into the cause of the accident, but what is clear is the train was speeding well over the speed limit when it crashed.

But what also shocked many was Trump’s words shortly following the deadly accident.

“The train accident that just occurred in DuPont, WA shows more than ever why our soon to be submitted infrastructure plan must be approved quickly. Seven trillion dollars spent in the Middle East while our roads, bridges, tunnels, railways (and more) crumble! Not for long!” Donald Trump.

People were quick to point out how calloused Trump’s tweet was for not mentioning the victims or the deaths.

Trump followed up with another tweet a ‘full’ 10 minutes later.

“My thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved in the train accident in DuPont, Washington. Thank you to all of our wonderful First Responders who are on the scene. We are currently monitoring here at the White House.” Donald Trump.

People were quick to point out that Trump only cares about the victims after he promoted his infrastructure plan.

There were preliminary reports that the train may have hit an object on the tracks causing the derailment.  This caused some to question Trump’s tie in with the topic of better infrastructure.

Trump was also slammed for politicizing the accident.

Reports out on Tuesday said that the train was speeding around 80 mph on a curve that was to be on 30 mph.  The 50 mph over the limit likely had a significant role in the deadly train derailment.
