Las Vegas GoFundMe Page Raises Over $8,000,000 In 2 Days.

The crowdfunding site GoFundMe is in the process of raising $8.4 Million for the victims of last night’s Las Vegas rampage.  So far over 65,667 people have donated to the page.  And the page has been shared 262,000 times.

Steve Sisolak, Clark County Commission Chair from Las Vegas set up the donation page. He said the funds raised will be used to assist the “victims of the tragic Las Vegas shooting.”

Sisolak said he spent the night with “Sheriff Lombardo at Clark County’s only level-one trauma center.”

“Funds will be used to provide relief and financial support to the victims and families of the horrific Las Vegas mass shooting​.” Steve Sisolak

Those who donated also sent thoughts and prayers to the victims and thanking responders for their hard work.


Bri Bush wrote “My prayers go out to the victims, their families, and all those affected by such senseless violence.  Special thanks to the speedy response of law enforcement and first responders.”


David Wedemeyer said he was “praying for all the hurt and suffering, praying for all families going through loss.”


The Rogers who is from Las Vegas said their town sticks together during tragedies.


Sergio Avila said Las Vegas was home and the community will move forward because they are strong.


Lauren Mondroski said that even though she moved away from Las Vegas, her heart was still with the city.  She was sorry it happened and wish she could help more.


Mike Mahler thanked everyone who donated, and those giving blood.  It touched his heart that there were so many compassionate people helping out.

And the blood donation lines are getting long.
